Megan Mills serves as Assistant Superintendent of Strategic Partnerships & Government Relations at West-MEC. With 20 years of experience across economic development, government relations, education, and communications, she connects education with workforce needs.

Megan leads regional partnership efforts, engaging nearly 400 partners to expand student access to internships, job placement, and dual enrollment. She has served six years on a local school governing board and represents West-MEC at the State Capitol. Megan holds a bachelor’s in communications, an MBA, and certification in Public Participation. A West Valley native, she is committed to strengthening her community.
