Sue Gray is a Principal with BWS Architects in Phoenix, Arizona, and a registered architect with 34 years of experience shaping Arizona’s built environment. Her work spans K-12 and higher education, healthcare, recreation, and municipal projects. She is particularly known for designing flexible, future-ready learning environments that support career and technical education, emerging technologies, and hands-on training. A past president of the AIA Phoenix Metro Chapter, she is a respected leader in the profession and an active mentor to students pursuing careers in architecture and design.
