By making a donation through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your donation.

Voluntary Contributions

All donations made to West MEC Alliance are voluntary and made without expectation of goods or services in return, unless explicitly stated.

Use of Funds

Donations will be used to support the mission and programs of West MEC Alliance. While we make every effort to apply funds as intended, West MEC Alliance retains discretion in the allocation of donations to best support organizational priorities.

Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You authorize West MEC Alliance (via its payment processor, Stripe) to charge the specified amount

Third-Party Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through a third-party provider (Stripe). West MEC Alliance does not store or directly process your credit card information.

By completing a donation, you also agree to the terms and policies of Stripe.

Tax Deductibility

West MEC Alliance is a nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Errors and Corrections

If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us promptly. While all donations are considered final, we will review inquiries on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Terms

West MEC Alliance reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
